Cheyenne Ministries was founded by CEO Cherokee Wyman, in Dallas Texas. She is proud to be a women's organization that aims to help the community around her by speaking in schools, conferences, hosting fundraisers, creating a after/in school program ‘The Girls Cub’, bible studies, and events to have ‘Girls Day’. Her goal is to love, build, and encourage woman from all ages into becoming Gods fierce warriors. 

We have bible study every Tuesday evening @6pm central time. On our ‘Women’s Group’ page, we have a direct link that you can access, to join us on zoom! We hope to see you there!

By signing up for our newsletter you can be the first to know when the our new products drops, restocks, events to come and more! We’ll also announce our new drops via Instagram @cheyenneministries

Due to our products being made freshly, we suggest for it to be in used for 2-3months, before a new one should be bought.

Although our product is out at the moment, it won’t be for long! Behind the scenes we are working constantly to makes sure we have things up and rolling. So make sure you’re signed up for our newsletters so you can be the first to know when we are having new drops! We’ll also announce new drops via Instagram @cheyenneminstries

Once you place your order, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped by our fulfillment team. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your package is fulfilled and tracking usually updates within 24 of that initial email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day you place your order.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We will do everything we can to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not refund lost packages. Please contact us at support@cheyenneminstries.com

Please email us immediately if you’ve entered your shipping information incorrectly so that we can update your order if it has not been shipped yet. Send us an email with your Name and Order # to support@cheyenneminstries.com. 

Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure, as we are not responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer one-time exchanges or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order on all unused, excluding sales and sale items. We will provide one prepaid return label per order and cover the cost of shipping of your replacement item. However, we will charge a processing fee of $6 on any returned item (not on exchanges or store credit) to offset the cost of shipping back to us.

To process an exchange, please send an email to support@cheynneministries.com We will email you a shipping label equipped with tracking to send the return and assist you in choosing a replacement item if you need it. We will also provide you with tracking on your replacement item.

Please return your item via the label provided within 3 business days.
